In meditation on the morning of February 6, I followed my
usual process of entering the meditative state and was sustaining a state of
no-mind, or residing in my awareness, for a period of time and then felt a pull
to enter my inner landscape. That landscape is a topography that I have
visualised and travelled over many years now, beginning with a decent into the
inner-Earth on a column of light that passes through my Crown Chakra, through
my body and down deep into the centre of the Earth.
On following this column of light I arrived at a place from
which I can proceed to successively deeper levels of meditative contemplation. There
is some mental gymnastics involved, but basically there is a private portal
through which I may enter into my own private world, where I may invite others
to commune with me. This was where I met my original spirt guide around 20
years ago and I have the control over this space to invite others to enter.
In the same area as my personal portal, entry to the
inner-Earth is available but is protected. It is only accessible be invitation
in my experience and on my transitions through this space I frequently
encounter and am challenged by the Guardians of the inner-Earth. On occasion I
have been invited to enter this domain and communicate with the Earth Goddess, commonly
called Gaia these days.
On my last sojourn through this space, I had been invited to
communicate with Gaia and received information that was requested to be
disseminated to the world through the Blog I maintain. Unfortunately, I did not
transcribe what was provided when returning from that meditation. Then with the
hustle and bustle of life and the passing of time, I felt I could not
accurately recall what was provided. Hence, when I found myself in this inner
space again, I requested of the Guardian another audience with the Earth
Goddess.
He responded that this was expected and invited me to follow
him as he turned and proceeded to trot toward the inner-realms. I am not sure
about disclosing this, but these Guardians are Centaurs. I do not really know
if that is just my imagination projecting a form (“no” is what I get when I
test this proposition) but that is how they have always appeared to me. Anyway,
I followed the Guardian through the portal and arrived in a beautiful glade
with Gaia in attendance.
I immediately apologised for failing to record and publish
that which she provided previously and requested if I may be of some further
assistance. I was told that this again was expected and that I should convey
this message.
“For those who want to move into the new world, embrace the open heart of love and follow the path of wisdom.”I asked what was wisdom? “Wisdom is understanding the interrelated dependence of existence on everything else. That nothing exists intrinsically independent of everything else and that everything is alive and conscious.”“For others,” she continued, “they may continue on this current sphere of existence.”
I recognised immediately that what she had
outlined was the Buddhist doctrine of dependent
origination and Sunyata, together with the insight that consciousness exists in
all things. This sentence effectively encapsulated all the previous insights
that began this blog, being the answer to my original question, “Why is
ultimate reality Sunyata?”
